six successful years in business, drawing increased client demand for more
complex support with the resultant staff additions, Surnoskie Office Services
incorporated and we became Benchmark Call Centre Inc.
With
a strong commitment to current clients and a mission to attract international
clients with our multi-lingual capabilities, we continue to offer telemarketing,
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), e-commerce, as well as customized
contact centre set up and consulting, human resources and training services.
Our dedicated staff and clients have made it possible for us to create successful
blueprints and benchmarks which we wish to impart as we expand our client
base.
Our newest strategic alliance, with a firm specializing in the design and
implementation of collaborative computing capabilities, allows us to provide
a full range of services to new and existing contact centres. These services
are designed for successfully managing customer relationships through a cohesive
combination of human resources, training materials, information/database management,
telecommunications, and distributed computer networks.
We are located in Waterloo, Ontario in the heart of Canada's Technology Triangle.
We were recently recognized through nomination as a Business Leader by the
Chamber of Commerce of Kitchener and Waterloo.
